What is the return policy?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, clean and with all tags . Sage Imber. reserves the right to deny any refund if the merchandise does not meet these policy requirements. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Sage Imber is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the shipping process, shipping is a third party entity, please provide us with your tracking information when shipping returns.

Are any items final sale?
All gift cards are final sale. All items purchased on sale are also final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How soon will I get my refund?
Returns are processed automatically, you will receive an instant refund. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the receipt of your return. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Do you accept international returns?
We do not accept and will not process international returns or exchanges.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do offer exchanges. Orders can be exchanged for a different size, and color. Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping costs

You also must have the original receipt or proof of online purchase if received as a gift.
